Overload - Full Body 1
The Unmasked Bodies Overload Programs are designed to push your body to its limits and cause a physiological overload that helps to develop and improve the size, strength and fullness of your muscles. Overload programs are used to help break through plateaus you may be experiencing. These programs are built on a 6 day, 12 session split. The 12 sessions are made up of 6 Load sessions (A) and 6 Volume sessions (B). The aim is to complete all 6 Load sessions as a morning session then choose 3 to 6 of the Volume sessions to complete in the afternoon or evening on the same day as the corresponding morning session. These sessions are designed to be completed within a 7 day window. Overload programs may be repeated for a second consecutive week if you feel your recovery has been sufficient enough after the first round of the program.
